Jamie is a compassionate therapist committed to helping individuals navigate their unique life experiences. With a deep understanding of human psychology and a passion for fostering positive change, Jamie creates a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel understood and supported.
Jamie Kuhn, MA, MSW, LSW, AASW
Jamie holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver, where she also completed the Animal Assisted Social Work Certificate. She also holds another Master’s in Communication Studies, concentrating in Interpersonal Communication and Family Studies, also from the University of Denver. She also attended La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA and completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications. Her backgrounds includes working in child welfare, IDD services, and hospice, as well as community mental health. She is currently a licensed social worker in the state of Colorado.
Using an integrative approach to therapy, Jamie combines various evidence-based techniques and modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs. She is a relational therapist who practices based on underlying theories and draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and more. Jamie will use customized treatment plan that addresses your specific concerns and goals.
Throughout the therapy journey, Jamie cultivates a collaborative and empathetic relationship with each client. By actively listening and providing compassionate care, Jamie helps individuals gain insight into their patterns of thinking, emotions, and behavior. This increased self-awareness empowers clients to make positive changes, develop healthier coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.

Fees and Payment Options
Grief Counseling: $120 per session
Individual Counseling: $120 per session
Equine Assisted Therapy: $200 per combined session; $100 coaching session; $120 follow-up therapy session
